Do you have a store?
We do not have a physical store front, selling online is a more efficient business model that allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices than most retail stores.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can track your order online. You can also log into your account to view your order status and track your shipment.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Products may be returned without surcharge if they have been damaged during shipping and are no longer in flawless condition or if they contains blemishes accredited to manufacturer defects. All damaged products must be reported to the customer service department no longer than 7 days after delivery has been completed.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are produced and/or shipped at no charge.

Can I ship my order in stages?
Delivery of your order will be made at one time. If you require part of your order to be shipped in stages, please let us know once you place your order.

What warranties do you offer on Products?
Many products sold at My Bargain Stores come with a manufacturer's warranty, which may vary in length from three months up to five years depending on the manufacturer. Details of the warranty cover will also depend on other factors, such as the type of product, the problem that you are experiencing, and where the item is now located. If the product(s) you order come with a manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you take the time to review it closely so that you know exactly what level of coverage that is being offered. My Bargain Stores reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these policies, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. Further details on manufacturers' warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Call or e-mail us if you have further questions; we will be glad to help. Keep in mind that the manufacturers warranties do not cover labor or transportation beyond one year; even a "lifetime" warranty covers the replacement parts only.

Can I return an item?
Yes. If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there will be no charge for cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be  responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. In some cases involving oversize items or other special cases, a restocking fee will be applied. To find out if any restocking fees will apply to your order, please contact us before placing your order. Customers have 7 days after receiving item to let us know of their intent to return it. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, hardware, etc.). Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. After receiving and  inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less all shipping fees  We will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. On free shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but you will still be charged for round-trip shipping costs incurred by My Bargain Stores.
